How do we know if a child is ready for kindergarten or school?

What are the expectations?

There are a number of elements to be considered with these decisions. We will explore the following aspects of readiness in this session:

• Maturation and development
• Temperament
• Child’s position in the family
• School expectations
• Decision making process and planning ahead

This morning session is an essential PD for teachers and educators working with children aged three to five years old.

A 1-hour parent presentation can also be booked by centres, schools and local councils.
